My name is Fernando, and I had been working with several teams worldwide to ignite their needs to growth as organizations and as persons, through teaching, leading and managing in several fields related with Global Business Strategy, Marketing, Branding, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation.

Recent Experience

Developed a strong collaboration network of 30 Global Marketing Communication Managers from Asia (Japan, Singapore, China), EMEIA (Germany, UK, Italy), and The Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil). Along my leadership, we had been headed the Branding, Digital and Web efforts by implementing Change Management practices to improve the Customer Experience (CX) through a better User Experience (UX). To do so, we established reliable partnerships with vendors worldwide, negotiating USD $270,000 in annual savings, leveraging the Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives to enhance the Sumitomo Drive Technologies brand recognition.
